I rang at 9am requesting an emergency appointment & was booked in at 2pm the same day which I was very impressed with! When arriving the reception staff were warm & welcoming, I filled in a health questionnaire & was seen soon after. The dentist & dental nurse were very friendly & I had the treatment that I asked for. I received 5* treatment & would definitely recommend this dentist.
Very good dentist. Mr Smith very gentle and his assistant very caring. Chap who did dentures very understanding. Would recommend to anyone.
I have an exterme level of anxiety and sound sensative adhd. I have a phobia of the dentist and this practice has been so amazing, the staff are fantastic and take their time with me and the denist takes his time to explain everything to me and ensure i am comfortable. They are amazing and i would recommend to anyone
Tooth extraction today as an emergency by Mr Mannix. He was very caring, patient and made me feel at ease. His assistant was lovely and made sure I was OK, giving me reassurance. Lovely staff, lovely practice. Thankyou to all who work there.
After not seeing a dentist for alot of years due to such had experiences, I decided to try and get in here for a plan. Just had 3 extractions done and it's the best experience I had, they made sure I was comfortable and pain free and was in and out in around 10 minutes! Absolutely amazing service and staff and will be going back for more treatment this next few months
Had to go in October to have some emergency treatment. I’m absolutely petrified of the dentist after a really bad experience in a previous practice. All the staff were amazing ! Was seen by Mr Smith who put me at ease and explained what he was doing and if I was in any discomfort would stop.I have had several appointments since to have other work done but can’t rate them highly enough! Will definitely be going back for my regular checkups with them.
Had my first extraction this morning, and was a complete bag of nerves. I was instantly put at ease, reassured that my fears and anxiety were normal, the Dr explained everything to me to a level I was comfortable with, was very patient with my questions and unease, and performed the extraction with great care. I actually do not know why I was so nervous looking back this afternoon and having had the extraction! I was very well looked after, and after having had many bad visits with other dental surgeries, this experience has gone a long way to rebuilding my confidence with dentistry. Thank you for the exceptional care I received today.
I am so impressed by the level of service I was given today. A big thank you to Simon for the extraction and also to Jai for easing my nerves when I first called White Rose. Simon was fantastic, ensuring that my gums were numb enough before extracting the tooth. 10 out of 10 for a top class service. Thank you White Rose from MIke a very happy customer :-.
I went along earlier this week. I was a little apprehensive due to not going to the dentist for almost 5 years, but the experience was above and beyond what I had expected. The practice was clean and tidy, with excellent staff both on the desk and in the treatment rooms. I'm not sure who I actually saw for treatment, but he was very understanding and gave me plenty of advice. They are very reasonably priced too, especially for private, and the dental plan seems like excellent value for money. Well worth paying a little more and not having to wait for an NHS practice. Well done!
I booked this place quickly after failing to get seen by any emergency dentist anywhere. The girls at the desk and the assistants are polite and informative. The dentist who did my root canal is a legend, talks you through every step as he's doing it and checks your pain levels throughout. I have rebooked to have some cosmetic work done with them aswell
