Receptionist were polite and friendly but the dentist sangita was extremely rude I have never been spoken to like that .  My children are traumatised after this experience . I’m speechless terrible experience

Just delighted with Chapel Dental. Have been with them for years. Our dentist is Stephen Pace and he is first class along with his assistant Bridget. He has had to do some very complex work on my wife's teeth in the past and he hasn't put a foot wrong. Hygienist Sam is the gentlest and best hygienist we've ever had. The staff are warm, personable and you never have to wait for the phone to be answered which is something in this day and age. They get 5 stars because they are very gentle with our teeth so thank you to all of you especially after Covid which must have been a very difficult time for everyone in the dental industry. Can't recommend this practice highly enough.

Terrible front desk staff. Awful experience over and over, None of the dentists stick around. In years my mouth has been looked into for only seconds at a time. Keep moving my appointment, then  again, then again. I know when I do finally get to go there will be a five second look in my mouth and I'll be out the door. The worst dentists I've ever been to.

I have always found the staff in this dental practice to be polite, thoughtful, and professional. I am very thankful to be a patient in this local practice.

I moved to this practice after a long wait for treatment at my previous dental surgery, which had been taken over by a national company. The Chapel Dental Practice has friendly reception staff and a relaxing waiting room. The surgery is light and spacious. I received excellent treatment and was kept informed at all stages about the procedure a bridge

I'm a new patient and have a real anxiety about dentists, but Florence and her assistant were brilliant, made me feel at easy and dispite having a tooth extraction came out smiling, believe me that's a miracle, all the staff were really friendly and efficient, thankyou all.

Been here for few years no complaints what's so every . My daughter has her every 6 months checkup Michael and the staff so friendly . Don't get why other people on here are complaining as they should know of they miss there appointments and don't ring in 24 hour before then they will be taken off the register which is very fair in my eyes

Waited a month for an appointment  to get a temporary veneer replacement. This is a very routine procedure that any dentist should be able to perform, but quite clearly the dentist Sintija was not confident enough in her own skills to perform it, so she refused to do it at the same time as giving off an incredibly condescending and entitled attitude. In the end she told me to "try the place over the road" -lol.  I might just do that in the hope the dentists there actually know what they're doing. Incompetent, patronising and a complete waste of my time..

Had a lovely visit to Chapel Dental with my daughter a few weeks back. She is only 6 and the staff there could not have been kinder to her! Poor girl was so terrified for her checkup but was assured by the dentist that everything would be fine. She came out with a huge smile and a sticker xx

Very professionally run dental practice. Always keep you up to date on what’s happening. The Nurses are always helpful and a credit to the practice.
