This practise went above and beyond in their duty of care for me. I went as an emergency appointment with a raging tooth abscess and huge swelling which required two different courses of antibiotics, one of which was rushed out to me mid surgery. After the removal which was a breeze easy and painless she carried on to remove another 2 teeth at further apps and then suggested and made a partial upper denture to help with the missing teeth. I was/am so extremely grateful that this dentist was compassionate enough to help so much, beyond that first appointment and give me back a working set of teeth. All of the staff were extremely polite and considerate. It gladdens the heart knowing there are still people out there that go several steps further then they need to, to help someone. The best practise I have ever been too.
After the surgery has undergone new management I can happily rate it 5 stars. I lost my NHS dentist due to covid and needed some emergency work done, copperhouse dental saw me on a Sunday which is amazing they provide this on its own, but I was seen to and have been given extra appointments since. Sukhpreet Sharma has been so supportive and kind towards me, and it puts me at ease as I have anxiety towards dentistry. Would highly recommend.
I’ve been using Copperhouse Dental Surgery since 2016, all the staff are absolutely amazing. Friendly receptionist and Dental Staff, I know I wasn’t looking forward to having a couple of teeth removed, however, the procedure went smoothly and painless. They are all a credit to there profession.
Thankyou Mrs Sharma and assistant for all the care and treatment and also a big shout out to the two lovely receptionists, thankyou again ladies. p.s yes you can still shout at me for not doing as I'm told : lol
What a fab service! I am a certified 'dentophobe' and even I can cope here. Very gentle, understanding staff, very professional and very kind to me. I highly recommend to all, especially those of a nervous disposition! 10/10.
Such a fantastic experience and feel very lucky to have visited today. Friendly and professional at reception, the X-rays were quick and easy, the tooth extraction was efficient informative and calm. Mrs Sharma and Dental Nurse make a superb team and I am sincerely thankful to both to have the pain resolved. Having such good dental care is something we are blessed to receive in UK. Thankyou

Absolutely stunned by the appalling emergency service I received, I'd never been to this dentist before and everything seemed fine until I got into the chair . I was in alot of pain and after explaining to the dentist that I had a filling that had fallen out and become painful the dentist began to inject my gums to which I was left very painful and my gum swelled up like a golf ball , I got told I was lying when I said I could still feel the pain and was rudely shouted at , the dentist attempted to extract my tooth but I was leeping about 10 ft in the air , I was yelled at for not being able to open my mouth wide enough , the dentist then decided to give me more injections which only hurt even more, she then continued to pull about inside my mouth and told to raise my left hand if I'm in pain , lol , oh wait it gets better , she then switched to route canal then gave me a temporary filling , I was then left feeling very anxious and in more pain than I started with .I was given an appointment to return a week later for an extraction with a course of antibiotics however I received a phone call a few days later to cancel my appointment. I'm left feeling very angry and now trying to find alternative treatment to finally get my tooth removed.
After a recent check up indicated the need to extract a molar I attended yesterday 28th Nov with some trepidation. My fears were unfounded, the dentist was reassuring and explained the procedure plus possible after effects in detail. The extraction was quick and relatively painless and indeed I suffered no pain or swelling for the rest of the day - especially after bingeing ice cream on dentist's advice! Came as an emergency and was treated promptly and respectfully. Mrs Sharma was good as gold and sorted the emergency out, then fixed a few other teeth that needed doing. I’m a nervous patient so she and her lovely nurse were reassuring and surpisingly quick. 10/10 from a dentist phobe like me. Cracking team.
