Can recommend this practice.  It's a very professional healthcare setting, full of professional and friendly people.  The practice is really well run, everyone is welcoming, attentive and helpful and care options are clearly explained.  Appointments are straightforward to book and reception staff follow up with a card to take away &/or email reminders. If you are a private patient you know that these days proper dental care and some treatments will be reassuringly expensive.  For the quality of dentistry, hygiene care and the personal attention you get at this practice, it always feels like good value for money.

On arrival the Receptionist are friendly and welcoming.  Thé Dentists and Dental Nurses are excellent, I always feel that my teeth have the best professional care.  I actually look forward to my appointments.

We've been patients for over 20 years now. A busy practice but they always do their best to meet patients' needs. Friendly, and communicable.

The staff at the surgery are literally second to none. I was on holiday in Hayle when I developed a tooth/gum infection which I felt needed anti biotic or treatment I am a member of the Denplan scheme and so rang the Penzance practice who told me they had no emergency appointments for at least a week. I rang Carbis Bay where I was spoken to by Nicky who was so lovely, kind and empathetic telling  me there was an emergency appt for that day for their own patients but should this not be taken I could be referred to the dentist To cut a story short I was seen that day at 12.30 being greeted at reception by Nicole and Nicky. Both were incredibly chatty and friendly and seemed interested in me, wanting me to get sorted I was seen by Neil the dentist who took a brief history - my history is not Overly brief neither teeth or currently general health but I felt he listened and cared He showed me the xrays, discussed options and future care Overall I could not be more happ with the care I received

Lovely team from reception through to dental nurses and dentist, not my favourite place to go but very kind

Very friendly efficient staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and have been coming to the practice for many years. Highly recommend.

Neil is always kind and caring.  Neil is so caring and understanding of my fear of the dentist. He is calm and patient and works at a speed that helps me.

I have been coming to Carbis Bay surgery for the last 22years. David is without doubt the best dental surgeon I have used.

Friendly efficient reception staff and Neil’s dental expertise is second to none!

The care demonstrated is excellent, matched by the professional approach and desire to ensure the correct and best treatment plan is offered. Any pain or discomfort was minimal.
