The two previous dentists have left and the practice is currently recovering from this. The phone is constantly engaged as the one receptionist is overwhelmed. I've updated Google with the new website, but [HINT] something on the web site to indicate what has happened would help - I had to call in in person twice to find out. Maybe a note on the door would help. It took three calls to NHS helplines (who couldn't get me emergency treatment at an NHS dentist as I am still registered at this one) and they were unsure what was happening. Hopefully they will recover as this was a Five Start dentist - best I've ever had.

Got taken off the books due to missing an appointment. I did make the appointment, just couldn't get into the surgery as I was in a wheelchair !! Explained situation to secretary and she said nothing at the time. Waited till I was able to walk, tried to make an appointmeny and was told I had been removed from their books.
