Will always recommend. Sorted all my teeth with no issues. Not expensive in comparison to most private dentists. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Dr Adloo is a great dentist, no pain while in the chair and everything was explained every step of the way.
Having neglecting my teeth for years due to a bad experience I booked in with the White orchid dental practice having searched the Internet for dentists with great reviews . The service I received here from Dr Adloo and his team was absolutely amazing . I can not tell you how terrified I was , but was put at ease and reassured at every stage of treatment ! I now can actually smile properly for the first time in years . Highly recommend to everyone Many thanks again X
I needed an emergency appointment due to an infected wisdom tooth and they got me in on the same day. Dr Adloo referred me to a specialist as they couldn't do the extraction on the premises, but the routine care he has provided since has been pain free. Bita Dental hygenist always remembers me and my teeth feel very clean after seeing her. She advised me on how to take better care of my dental health in a caring and not judgmental way. Jessica is always courteous and polite, and always reminds me a couple of days before my appointment. Whenever I have had to reschedule, she has always accommodated the request and gets me another appointment on a day that suits me. Would recommend
Never been a fan of going to the dentist but every single member of this team makes you feel at ease from the minute you walk through the door. I’ve never felt so taken care of whilst having a filling, a tooth extraction or having a scale and polish. These guys care about their work, but more importantly they care about their patients! The high level of personalised service I’ve received on every visit keeps me going back.
I underwent hair transplant surgery yesterday at White Orchid Wellbeing Clinic with Dr Tetiana and her hair transplant technicians, Stan and Ann - the entire team were amazing, so friendly and welcoming and I was put at ease at every stage of the day. The amenities at the surgery were excellent - I was initially apprehensive about how painful the process would be, however other than the anaesthetic injections which are no worse than those you get when getting a filling it was completely pain free, in fact once I'd had my grafts removed in the morning, I was able to spend the afternoon watching Netflix whilst they implanted them along my new hairline! The aftercare advice was very thorough and I received a follow up call the next day from my patient co-ordinator to see how I was getting on - you genuinely feel like you are in safe hands. I already love my new hairline and can't wait to see the results over the next few months. Thanks again Dr Tetiana and the team!
Been here for a few appointments now and I can honestly say its the best dentist I've ever been too, each and every staff member make sure to make you comfortable during treatment and before/after treatment and to help with any anxieties you may have. I've always been uncomfortable going to the dentist but going to the White Orchid Dental Clinic has made me comfortable and takes all my worries away, they're always professional and wonderful people also. 5 out of 5 would recommend to anyone and everyone
I have had several appointments with Mr Adloo as I needed a lot of work done on my top teeth. I have always been made to feel comfortable and safe – even through this horrible covid pandemic. All the staff have been very friendly and welcoming. I have always been very pleased with my treatment. During September i had my son with me who lives with his mum. He is Downs Syndrome and usually sees a specialist Dentist in Cornwall, however due to the lockdown and no access to a specialist dentist he hadn't had dental treatment for 18 months. I was nervous about taking him to someone other than the dentist he was used to but I needn't have been. Bita and Jessica did a magnificent job at making him feel at ease. Their skill, professionalism and friendliness helped him so much that he didn't even flinch during a deep clean and scale. Also the speed and thoroughness by Bita made his visit quick and painless and I would have no hesitation in recommending the White Orchid to anyone that has learning disabilities. Bita was talking and encouraging him throughout the treatment so that he was assured and relaxed throughout. Now I will take him back every time he is with me proving that you don't always have to see someone that is specialised just someone that is special. I visited the White Orchid Dental Clinic yesterday for an emergency extraction after NHS 111 had completely let me down. The pain was unbearable and I was giving up hope when the White Orchid came to my rescue and agreed to treat me. On arrival I was met by Bita and Jessica who were both incredibly friendly. The clinic itself was immaculate and looked warm and inviting, more like a contemporary home than a medical facility. Jessica was super friendly and professional, all covid precautions were in place and i didn't have to wait long at all to see Morteza the Dentist. Morteza and Bita were exceptionally professional with a caring touch and i have to say this was the best dental care i have ever received in my life. I never even felt the anaesthetic needle go in nor did i even feel any discomfort with the extraction and it was over so very quick. The dental advice i received was second to none and i would recommend this dental practice to anyone because of its courtesy, friendliness, professionalism and pain free service within a homely environment. Thank you soooooo much Morteza, Bita and Jessica, I can honestly say my fear of the dentists has been overcome and I would be so very happy to be a regular customer. 5 Stars plus
I don't even know where to begin, I've been at so many dentists and have been left with infections and bad treatments, I lost so much hope I didn't even bother going to a dentist anymore, but I urgently needed to go so I decided that that is it, I will try The White orchid and see how it goes. I feel safe, I feel heard the people are so friendly and are there for you when you are in pain they help you relax and are very careful, I'm so happy being there I don't even feel nervous anymore, I will never see anyone else EVER again.Thank you so much.
Excellent, respectful, polite, skilful dental care at a fair price. Very kind and thoughtful staff. You feel treated with real respect. As good as it gets for dentistry.
