Smilestyle has been my dental surgery for a good few years now and Mark my dentist. I am a particularly nervous patient but Mark always puts me at ease and the option of intravenous sedation is something I gladly take advantage of for some of the treatments. The receptionists are all very friendly and helpful, both in person and the phone, and after major dental work always call to follow up and make sure I am OK! Although I now have a 50-mile round trip to the surgery since moving home 11 years ago, I wouldn't go anywhere else or trust anyone but Mark to look after my teeth. I have recommended Smilestyle to one friend (who is also now a regular client) and would not hesitate to recommend the surgery to others in the future.

The entire team at Smilestyle provide a professional, caring and top class service. They take the worry out of dental care, so much so that the staff are like friends and family. I would highly recommend their practice to anyone. They have never let me down in 20 years (unlike my real friends and family! Ha ha.)

I can highly recommend this practice to everyone. Having not visited a dentist for over 10 years & knowing I was in need of extensive treatment, I found the courage to give them a call after reading all of the honest reviews here. From the first conversation on the phone with Val, I was put at ease and made the first consultation appointment there and then, for a few days later. I was introduced to my dentist Finn, who immediately helped put my long-held fears aside with his sensitive, non-judgemental and caring manner. At every stage of my treatment plan, I always felt well informed and fully Involved in decisions. I was expecting my treatment would be painful, as I needed 14 extractions before immediate dentures were fitted, but that was not the case at all. I was always made very comfortable by all of the friendly staff. My experience has exceeded my expectations and I would urge anyone else who is nervous or fearful of dental treatment to take that leap of faith, like I did. I now have the biggest smile and no longer will I fear visiting my Dentist...Thank You Smilestyle! 😁

I was recommended to this practice and they certainly lived up to my expectations. The team were friendly and very professional. For the first time in my life I actually had no concerns about attending the dentist. Mark Wilkins the practice owner was thorough and explained everything in detail ensuring I was happy before proceeding. The work he did was exceptional. I can now smile with confidence.

Thank you to the staff who were always professional, efficient and friendly. From Tracey and Val on the desk who ensured I was made to feel welcome from the second I walked in and on the phone, to Adam and Sasha who helped me to feel comfortable and brave enough to go through with the treatment. Adam and Sasha, you are a fab team. Adam you take great pride in your work which lucky for me benefits my smile so thank you for putting me at ease and going above and beyond. You all have wrapped me in first class treatment, thank you.
