Terrible. Cancelled on me twice. Both times, they called on the day of the dental examination to tell me that they couldn't see me, and to rearrange my appointment. The first time, illness. Fair enough. Second time, Dr Jan came on the phone to explain that other patients had cancelled, and he would be awaiting around for 2hours in order to see me. After explaining that this would be another cost to me to rearrange - I then explain he had a duty of care. He then went on to be aggressive and poorly mannered. He will probably come back in defence saying that I threatened him, but I simply stated that I would like a refund and that I would write reviews to allow other patients to see this. I can clarify that this was a statement of intent and not a threat. Do not use.

Excellent atmosphere, professional service and first class results. Dentist gives client confidence and good sound advice. Would recommend to any potential clients.

Absolutely brilliant treatment, came to dr jan with a Large amount of a tooth that had been smashed out and he was able to see me straight away and do the repair to the tooth and a brilliant cosmetic job. He has also been able to see me several times since at very short notice and done everything to make sure I have kept the tooth looking as it was before the accident. Him and everyone else in the surgery are also very friendly and make you feel comfortable during any treatment. Definitely recommend!

Dr Jan is brilliant. He is educated and very thorough. My whole experience at dentspa has been brilliant. All the staff are lovely. I have had 2xdental implants which is costly but Dr Jan gave me a Groupon offer which was cheaper than an nhs dentist and the treatment and knowledge I have been given about my own dental health has been invaluable and I would recommend to anyone. I travel a long way to come here but receive better treatment than any local dentist I have encountered. For all round experience and excellent dental care... this is where you should be!

What a fabulous practice ! I needed an Implant and was told about Dr Jan I am a very nervous patient and therefore reluctant to have the treatment required . This team put my mind at rest and quashed any concerns I had with their conscientious caring attitude . I would highly recommend this Practice . Thanks again
