I was sent here for a tooth extraction, after reading a lot of the reviews I started to panic. I read the consent form and  things just got worse. The dentist's assistant advised me to speak to the  dental surgeon first and that is when this A* experience started. From the get go Dr Shiraz Khan refused to start until he had the proper x-rays. even listened and noted that it was too soon to have another. I came back still nervous, every step he took he paused to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. the whole process took about 30mins, most of which was spent making me comfortable. I was going to deduct a star for how bad their phone service was, but when, I leave a tooth extraction and feel embarrassed for being such a wimp and smiling out of the door you know you have been treated to one of the best in Nottingham. Dr Shiraz Khan I salute you for your exceptional work.

The entire team at Seven Dental have been brilliant.  They took me on as a new patient when my old practice would not see me during the pandemic.  The staff are friendly and caring and the nicest people you could ever hope to meet.  The practice is Immaculate and it is within very easy transport routes - just a small walk from the tram stop at Forest Recreation Ground.

I was referred here for the extraction of both of my lower wisdom teeth. I was really nervous but my dentist Shiraz Kahn and the nurse were so kind and really helped to put me at ease, they even let me keep the teeth for the tooth fairy! Everything was explained very clearly and the practise itself was clean and seemed like a very slick operation. I would recommend this dental practise to others based on my experience!

I h e been using 7 dental for a while now. Just want to say the dental nurse arika is lovely. She put me at ease at all my appointments. All the reception staff are lo too. I would recommend this as a dentist. Keep up the excellent work. Your all amazing.

The centre is clean and bright which is very important to us. Dr Zoya Ahmed is very professional, gave very details advices and treatment to me and my family. Both she and the nurses are good skills so the process is comfortable. The receptionists are nice and helpful, very considerate. From the arrival greeting till follow up treatment booking, we felt being care on every section.

I needed to take my daughter here for the first time as it was an emergency appointment,. Enter this lovely practice with very friendly reception staff, then to go in to meet a wonderful dentist who took time and explain everything he was going to do to put my daughter's mind at rest, and the dental nurse was fantastic too, she took my daughter's hand held it tight when she was having the injections, which she never had before. They were all just wondering and Thank you so much

After searching for a new dentist after my old practice decided to no longer treating NHS patients I was recommended trying Seven Dental practice. I made a appointment and I was treated by Dr Waqas Ahmad Sheikh he was fantastic and he was very friendly and caring. I had no problems with the reception team had wasn't rude as many comment if you treat people with respect you get it back.

Had an emergency appointment with this dentist, as soon as I walked in everyone of the staff was polite and friendly. The doctor was absolutely fantastic and put me at ease. Very polite and professional. Wish I lived nearer.

Not a bad practice but unfortunately level of experience and expertise varies between dentist and on couple of occasions I had bad experience. Couldn't glue retainer .. basic job. Another dentist messed my tooth extraction referral which caused a delay in getting treatment didn't do new xray, used over a year old picture which wasn't accepted by hospital.

- Reception staff are rude and patronising. - Wait times are excessive. - Appointments are short and also patronising.  I am almost 4 weeks removed from my double wisdom tooth extraction and have received effectively zero support despite revisiting every week since complaining of agonising pain. I have also been charged a consolidation fee multiple times for complications from a procedure I've already paid for! I've been off work for nearly a month thanks to the ineptitude of this clinic. Complications can happen for sure, but if they do be prepared for this clinic to try and fob you off and deflect blame constantly. They are unsympathetic, uncaring and seem to spend most of the time trying to blame the patient than actually assessing or listens to their needs. Each interaction has been quite literally like pulling teeth. I truly implore you to go elsewhere, I certainly will not be returning once this is resolved!
