Probably the worst in Nottingham. I don't think I have ever encountered staff that have so much bad attitude, are so rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I have been going here for several years and usually have to wait when I turn up for my appointment. There have been occasions when that wait has been over 45 minutes but it's usually between 20-30 minutes. However when I was held up in traffic and a few minutes late it was a different story. I tried to call them on my way to say that I had been held up but they didn't answer. When I got there, I was told that I was too late for my appointment. There were 4 members of staff sat behind reception and I explained that I had been trying to call them and wondered if there was something wrong with their phone line. The receptionist said their phones were working fine and basically treated me as though I was lying! I explained that when I called it just played music and I was put in a queue but nobody answered. She just shrugged her shoulders and told me that I needed to stay on the line and wait, which is what I had been doing! With 4 of them sat behind the desk, you'd have thought one of them could have answered the phone! The receptionist had such a bad attitude, wasn't interested in helping, wouldn't book me another appointment and basically told me to go elsewhere! They are usually rude but this was the last straw for me. Don't waste your time or money here. Terrible service.

Only giving a 1 as I can't give a zero! Missed my last appointment 4 years ago and told I cannot return to the practice. After seeing it only has a 1 star rating anyway I'm not too bothered about going else where 😊

Rude, not helpful, staff are arrogant, dentists are rubbish and do a rubbish job. Avoid.

I broke my tooth at the beginning of October and can not get any kind of appointment to see a dentist until January.
