Worst dental practice ever... we were kept 25 minutes in the heat with 3 children waiting upstairs and when inquired from the reception their answer was simply the doctor is running behind. They don't even have a fan in the waiting area and the little one fainted from the scorching heat. I would definitely not recommend this place to new patients and encourage existing patients to change their dentist. The receptionist didn't even bother to apologise for the long wait nicely. We pay money to expect perfect and timely service. My complaint here is about the practice service and not against any of the dentists.

Never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist but my visits to My Dentist are that easy it’s amazing, pain free dentistry at its best keep up the good work Sarah and team

Late 15 minutes for a problem with the tram, I lost my deposit... Shame on them they just don't care about the clients, they just want the money... Not happy at all... It was a really really bad experience, Even without speaking english properly they didn't even try to explain to me more

Great dentists! You ever have to wait a long time to be seen,  they are very well organised! The receptionists are courteous, very helpful and friendly. The dentists I have seen, two in number are very experienced and put you at ease leaving you feeling comfortable and well looked after. I would most certainly recommend this dentists to anyone.

Went in yesterday to see Amanpreet and I can say she is the most loveliest dentist ever.. highly recommend

I usto go to this dental practise but they won't let me go back a year letter as I'm in rilly bad agony and all just got is we can not accept you anymore.

I have no hesitation in recommending how my dentist, they are professional, give you a warm welcome and put you at ease, information given is Both clear and Precise, MyDentist also sent me text messages as a reminder for my next appointment which helps me as I have some memory problems,  I will need some help in the future and where to go my thanks to MyDentist  Robin

Very nice and hard working staff. Always happy to help. I've been pt with Dr Sarah Ssamula for some time now, she is only one dentist who make me feel comfortable on dental chair same as nurses always smiling and polite Receptionists downstairs are always happy to help and solve all other pt problems. I recommend this place. My advice is go and find out yourself.

I had a dental emergency sever tooth ache for which I rang 111, they instructed me to contact My Dentist at the given number. Upon contacting them they simply refused to accept me as an emergency patient because I wasn't their regular customer.  Note: For Dental Emergencies the patient does not have to be their regular patient.

I've been a month ago in my dentist Gregory boulevard to see dr Sarah. After reading all those reviews on internet I wasn't sure if i should go but IT was recomended by a friend. Very nice and tidy practice with friendly and nice atmosphere. Lady on reception was very polite and friendly. I was taken to surgery as soon as I went upstairs to waiting area. The nurse was so lovely from begining same as dentist. We made a treatment plan and the I came for continuation of the treatment. Very nice Staff and place. Highly recomended. I
