Never received the item but the took the money awful company it’s theft.
Bought a dog collar on ebay, but saw identical for over £4 less. I asked if they could price match or refund. Predictably, they claimed to be receiving an unprecedented amount of emails, so we're unable to get back to me. How convenient!

Ordered on eBay. Took payment and didn't deliver for two weeks. Then cancelled order which means I can't leave negative feedback on eBay. Avoid this company. There are better suppliers out there.
DO NOT use this company! I ordered butterfly hinges on 13th April and I have not received them, it is now 30th April. I have contacted them on numerous occasions by email NO TELEPHONE NUMBER SUPPLIED ON WEBSITE and Morgan keeps replying saying that they have been dispatched! She then tells me she has dispatched more as original package must be lost! This has not arrived! I have now requested a refund! I don't hold out much hope of getting that either!
Ordered sewer rod product from this company on 22nd July 2019. Phoned email today as no message update as promised. Poor service all together. Answer was what do you want me to do sir make them no deliver as per Amazon contract.
They keep telling me the item's have been dispatch but they haven't they are a terrible company and hiding behind COVID they should be ashamed of the self's .they take your money and don't deliver anything . I placed an order through Amazon for some make up as a present for my daughter. Very slow delivery of goods. Company never responded to any emails I sent.
Is this even a company? Or someone odering stuff from China upon request? Up till now I can't get and update on when item was discharged.bad business .
Terrible AVOID. Did not deliver item for months, when I contacted them they said we only had 30 days after ordering to submit a complaint.
