I ordered a door chain from Door Furniture Direct. The order process was easy and the door chain dispatched quickly. For some reason, the Royal Mail returned the item without delivering it to my nominated collection point. Door Furniture Direct were excellent in arranging a replacement to be sent once the original was returned.

I’ve recently used Door Furniture Direct and I have to say I’m very impressed. The items arrived very quickly, and Nicky and Donna were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. My return was refunded instantly. It’s difficult to choose what online company to use as there is so many, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this one, and will use them again in the future.

Shining example. I searched for some time to find a chrome polished letter plate for my front door. I was also looking for a suitable chrome door knob. I  am delighted I found Door Furniture Direct. I ordered the door knob and letter plate in the photograph and after a lot of work to sand and repaint the door the new fixings were installed. As you can see these are magnificent products. They are solidly manufactured pieces with an excellent finish. These are high quality items and at a very reasonable price. I should also add that my dealings with staff Nicky were first rate and I was provided with great customer service. In short, if you are looking for high quality products to finish off your project, with top-class service and competitive prices, look no further, stop Internet searching and order with confidence. High quality antique brass door furniture and outstanding customer service. No-quibble and prompt refund when the letterbox we ordered didn't quite fit, but everything else is exactly as pictured and look great in situ. Everything packaged very well to avoid damage in transit. Will definitely buy from here again.

Very pleased with my order an odd sized threshold strip that I struggled to find elsewhere at a reasonable price. My initial order was unfortunately damaged during delivery, but Nicky quickly dispatched a new one with no fuss. Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service when there was an issue with a letterbox ordered from them. Problem resolved swiftly and I am delighted with the new letterbox.

Nicky is fantastic! She called the night after my order to point out I accidentally had a mix of finishes and might want to amend my order. Most companies these days would have just dispatched the order. How refreshing!

Absolutely delighted with door furniture direct. Door handles are stunning and fantastic quality.  They were far better quality than any I saw in kitchen show rooms. The team are great to deal with and very responsive. there was a slight delay with stock for some of the handles but it was completely fine and I was kept fully up to date. Have highly recommended to friends and even my kitchen company!!

I had a small issue with a mismatch in colour of four door stays I purchased. Door Furniture Direct Sales Department could not have been more helpful, friendly and proactive in sorting the issue, if they tried. Thank you to NIcky

Ordered a telescopic letter box set which is exactly a replacement for my old one but much better quality. The website is very detailed and clear to help order the correct product. Order came next day. Very good  communication  of delivery  info and time.
