So pleased with the antique white tiles that I got for my ensuites. Tried them out horizontal and vertical in each and love them both ways. The team at Topps Tiles were so helpful and friendly. I was able to take the unused tiles back and even got a refund for single tiles rather than it having to be a full box. Always use Topps Tiles Birkenhead and will be back when it's time for my next project.
Another excellent experience using Topps tiles in Birkenhead. Having supplied us with everything last year for our en-suite bathroom, it was a no brainer to return for the same for our main bathroom. Excellent advice and quantity calculations from manager Campbell....spot on ! Mystone light grey tiles, matching grout and spot on colour matched silicone for finishing. Very happy
We visited this store looking for inspiration for our bathroom renovation. There were a lot of lovely and very reasonably priced tiles to choose from, we chose the Mystone Blanco. The customer service was excellent, from advice about quantity to preparation and laying. We will definitely be returning when we do our next project.
We were delighted with the service we received from Ellie who suggested these wood effect tiles and had the vision that has enhanced the whole look and feel of our shower room. Massive thanks .
Visited the store recently to get some ideas and inspiration for a bathroom refit I’m planning to do in the next few weeks. They had a really good range available so found plenty I liked. I got some great advice from Ellie who works there. She gave me loads of information on the different styles, answered all my questions with knowledge and ultimately helped me decide on which tiles I’d go for. It’s refreshing to get that level of customer service these days - Ellie is an absolute credit to the business:
Visited Topps Tiles at Birkenhead recently to look at bathroom tiles. We were pleasantly surprised at the choice available. We were seen to by James the Deputy Manager. James was very pleasant and helpful and treated my partner and I with respect. We chose and paid for our purchase with no issues. Very professional and good customer service. Would recommend.
Purchased some tiles for my kitchen from this store, great prices! Staff member on the shop floor called Ellie helped me pick out the right colours she was super friendly!! Can’t recommend enough. Thrilled.
Great service. Me and my wife visited recently looking for tiles for a new en suite bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful in finding what we were looking for and also for suggesting other tiles to go with them. We only intended to go for half wall and floor and decided on full height with different tiles in the shower cubicle. We're both made up with the finished article.
Used Topps tiles a few weeks ago, served by a lovely Aussie bloke Campbell I think. Great service and communication. Would definitely recommend.
I would highly recommend Topps Tiles Birkenhead for all your tiling needs! We visited to purchase tiles for our bathroom and were really impressed with the variety of stock in store and also the customer service, especially from Campbell who was really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back in future, our bathroom looks amazing
