Great service, great customer support. The chap serving me went out of his way to find an item that was showing as in stock but was in the wrong location he could have just said "sorry it's not in stock"

Very good prices and always excellent service.  Friendly, knowledgeable and non patronising staff, always ready to help, no matter if you are a tradesman or an old lady looking for stuff!  The click and collect service is lightning fast, of which I have become very fond of and they always deal with returns with no problems at all.  Their paper catalogues are great to have handy and you can check online if the items you want are in stock or not before you head to the shop, if they are not in, you can always click and collect later or have delivered.  Highly recommended!

I always have a supply of order forms to fill in at home, if I need stuff the same day.  Both click and collect and sales counters running very efficiently. One person ahead of me at the door, in and out within 10 minutes. Excellent service and everything I needed.

Brilliant customer service! I bought a kitchen tap from tool station to replace one that kept dripping but had difficulty as realised washer and pipes wouldn’t connect due to how old the fixings were. I went to tool station with pictures and they helped me get everything I needed to sort the problem! Even with the pressures of Covid they really went out of there way to work out what would fix the problem as I was very worried having children and being without running tap in the kitchen! Thankyou so much to the tool station team!

Staff are always very helpful, all my order was in stock as usual. Very quick, polite and efficient service. I  definitely recommend this store

Very useful store for a tradesman, which I am. However, their customer service is terrible. This does not mean all their employees are rude and unhelpful, but there are a few of them that are and this sullies the reputation of the whole branch sorry to the decent ones. Pity Toolstation HQ dont weed out the bad staff, but perhaps their heads are too far up their own...
