Used Bebington for replacement windows on our period property in Liverpool. Our requirements were very specific but the team were very patient and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Very pleased with the results and the overall service.

I recently moved to the area and was recommended Bebington Glazing by a friend and I am glad they did. The service was exceptional and I am more than happy with my new windows. Great job!

Woeful customer service and management, but decent fitters. Ordered some secondary glazing and the fitter turned up without half of it due to a management error. I drove to the factory to get the missing window myself and was then given only part of what was needed by the company owner. It turned out they should have manufactured a part that they hadn't so it couldn't all be fitted. They suggested I changed to a different design so I did and this was ordered. When it was ready a fitter turned up with it but without one of the original windows that had yet to be fitted due to management miscommunication. At the fourth attempt they managed to get it right. The product itself was ok and fitted well but unless you want to be totally messed about then go elsewhere.

We ordered a simple glass counter top, to sit on our practice reception desk in May 2017. One top was made to the wrong size, and the attempted install was a month later than promised at time of order. The second top was put down with finger marks underneath - 'which wasn't down to the fitter who was wearing gloves' despite our staff not touching the glass at any point during installation... The glass has just been cleaned 2/8 - average job with a few marks still present. :( Service was woeful throughout this process, with regular delays, communicated badly, if at all. They could not attend site outside of surgery hours despite being asked which caused disruption. One fitter was extremely rude. We try to maintain positive relations with suppliers and give the benefit of the doubt when things don't run according to plan. I have not written a negative review of a company before. In this case however I can not endorse this company and suggest they review the way they run their service, and the way they communicate with and look after their customers.
