Proper local pub with good ales, a pub dog, the odd bit of banter and plenty of different characters popping in for a quick pint. Fantastic fire in the winter, excellent beer garden in the summer. You may find yourself having conversations with people who have had far too much but I suppose that's a risk at all pubs.

Another average Arundel pub that's perfectly adequate but nothing to write home about. Small outside terrace to the side though quite shady. Harveys on tap but no craft beers
This is a proper English pub where the locals actually talk to you and make you feel welcome. They do not do food, just drink. It has a lovely side garden where you can enjoy the atmosphere and discussions.
Nice pub with a family friendly feel. Nice garden, dogs welcome. Good selection of drinks, however no gluten free options and they weren't serving food.
Nice pub and and staff, great when the fires going. The beers dearer than the Red Lion and they do food. Worth a pint
Pleasant staff and nice atmosphere with log fire and traditional features. Excellent local beer. Only drawback is it doesn't do food and closes 9pm weekdays.
A very nice local pub, good ale and friendly service
The pub looks nice but the guy working in there is not nice at all. Felt unwelcome and uncomfortable also the sticky table and the dirty floor didn't help. You could also hear the pipes all the time that someone was going to the toilet: Arundel is full of beautiful places this isn't one of them... avoid if you can.
