The food was really tasty and a better quality than a lot of other pubs I've visited. Inexplicably quiet on a Friday evening considering how good it was. If you've got a big appetite, get a starter or a couple of other bits as well. Very good! Parking: Lots of parking spaces next to the pub. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible from the car park and plenty of space around some tables for a wheelchair.
Lovely, clean and cosy pub, very friendly landlady and delicious food! Lots of choice for celiacs too, plenty of GF options available. Would definitely recommend!
Visited twice this weekend once Friday and no chef working so they were only doing sandwiches which were really nice to be fair . And Saturday lunch time I had chicken burger which was a whole breast and my husband the Katsu chicken . Lovely salads chips and rice . I mine was tasty but bit too big for me in the burger bun husband loved his great onion rings . It was nice to sit outside with the puppy his first visit to a beer garden . Very friendly service . Interior your typical old fashioned pub . It’s on our dons door step and a good dog friendly place with a good menu .
Stopped off on way to Preston Hotel stay. Lunch time, raining and 3 hour drive. Nice welcome good lunch menue and nice beer. Good find would visit againFood: 4/5

We were a group of six who thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We all had 3 courses which were all excellent. Friendly staff and reasonably priced.
Sharing platter for 2 that could of fed 4. Lovley staff and great meal. Will be back again soon.
Great experience, new owner are really polite. Food was excellent and very tasty. We will definitely go back.
Brilliant meal and different items on offer we had 3 courses and could not fault anything. Cheery waitresses and happy to help.
Went to eat there on Friday. Amazing quality and taste of food. 1st class service with outstanding staff. We are going back again next week. It was a great experience
