Really good place to walk your dog off lead and train. But don't forget your wellies, it's really muddy especially after rain :
Very quiet place with lots of beautiful trees specially in spring with so many flowers.
It's a well used and much needed green space in West Cheshunt. It was once the grounds of a large family home of which all is left is the Listed front wall, gateway and railings. Recent metalled pathways have improved the walks across what can be very muddy grass areas and there is seating for the less youthful visitors. There are specimen trees in the park although many have succumbed to the ravages of time. The park area runs alongside the New River and the accessible tow path. There is a small duck pond with plenty of hungry ducks, swans, geese and gulls.
Nice little park to walk the dog and let the kids burn off some energy, very peaceful and lovely at all times of year, there is a duck pond and river so great for seeing plenty of ducks too.
Its just a big green space with a duck pond. Nice for a walk with dog and/or young children. Bring wellies if its been wet in the days leading up to your visit grass gets very marshy
No fuss, nice and easy, loads of space and quiet sections. Nice to see families using it after school run. Pity it's not maintained to such a high standard as previously when there was an onsite park keeper.
Clean and fresh air. Enjoyable to feed the ducks.
It's a quiet park and pretty too. We have had my mums bench put here. It is the park I grew up going to and i can honestly say that it seems to get prettier over time.
Lovely little park with a duck pond. Beautiful walk along the river and a bridge. Perfect for picnics xx ample car park if needed.
Small park but has seats an shady spots alot of pine trees
