WHISKI is a multi award winning whisky Bar and restaurant, situated mid way down Edinburgh's world famous Royal Mile.

WHISKI specialises in all things Scottish and is a beautiful traditional bar with over 300 whiskies, mostly malt Scotch whisky. We stock an extensive range of Scottish craft beers and cider. A famed live music venue with an extensive programme of traditional Scottish music EVERY NIGHT - come on down to get those toes tapping ! Serving fresh innovative Scottish food all day - we guarantee a warm welcome. Such a great place. Great haggis and amazing service. Though they seem to be always super busy, this was service par excellence. Food was great and so was their alcohol recommendation. Great live music in the nights. A complete package.

As the name suggests, this is a great spot for whiskies. Be sure to ask them for the Whiski List which notes all they have to offer along with prices and tasting notes. The food is good and it is a very cosy setup. My one complaint about this place was that the live music did not start on time. It was advertised for 2200 on the outside, 2215 on the inside and yet when we left at 2300, it still had not begun. This may be on the part of the musician though rather than the restaurant.

Popped in and was immediately welcomed by Shane the barman. Very knowledgable in the dark arts of whisky. Had a great venison (early) dinner and two superb whiskies. A couple of beers too. Very friendly bar/restaurant and the staff were working their butts off with a large group that had come in and all wanted to eat. Maximum effort! Thanks.

Beautiful place, central location and outstanding staff. Food is delicious with particular and local plates based on Wisky recipes. Highly recommended if you want to try a huge variety of whiskies and good food.

Visited this establishment in August of 2017. Excellent pub, good food. There Guiness tap was broken or they were out, but our waittress suggested a good bottled substitute. The tee shirts that the staff wears are for sale, good quatity tee shirt.
