A bit chaotic when we went as it was bank holiday weekend and very crowded. We had prebooked kayaks and had to fight a bit to get the staff's attention as they were dealing with a big and unruly group, however they were friendly and helpful when they got around to us. We had also booked wetsuits and shoes online but were told that they didn't keep shoes in stock (they did at least refund us for those but then why advertise them?). Changing rooms are outdoor, open air efforts which is fine in summer but not sure I'd want to go there in mid winter! There's nowhere secure to leave your belongings but they keep them behind the counter which seemed to work OK. Kit was fine and the kayaks were in good condition

Popped in for the first time and hired a padded board and wetsuit, staff where brilliant very helpful and friendly, they went through step by step guide on what I had to do, great fun, harder than it looks so got wet alot! But definitely worth ago, cannot wait to get back on boards again🏄😍

Poor service, rang up to book a slot lfor 1/2 a day to find out I could only use it up until 3.30 today- only giving me 1 hour 20 mins to use a bike. Will not be using them again

Lovely staff. I came in with a flat back tire and with whatever needed they helped me with. Thanks alot
