Really nice for a GP. The building comes across as bright and modern, as opposed to some of the dull and sickly GPs I’ve been to before. I’ve always found that the service is quick and efficient and the doctors I’ve met have been really friendly and have instantly made me feel comfortable. Best GP I’ve been to.
Appointment has been set up for 3:50pm , i arrived before Appointment and I tried to speak with receptionist but she was to busy about chat talk with other patient. When i turned up to her she says it's to late for appointment and she can try to make an appo for next following day.nnPathetic , waste of time and personel supposed to be re-trained from good behaviours. Cruel team. Im looking for moving out to another GP.nnP.S. if you thinking about make a registration up this Medical Practice there my advice : find another one waste of time.
What is with the winter appointments system, it was bad enough before. My mother Phoned at around 8.05am got to speak to someone at about 8.25am and all appointments taken for that day.nYou would think since they are so good at making people listen to an absolute ton of nonsense before actually joining the queue they would make another automated voice message that people would appreciate and that is telling people all appointments have been booked for the day, yes people would be annoyed but less annoyed than waiting in queue of about 30 plus people to then be told by a member of staff that all the appointments are gone. Just add it in so people don’t waste their time waiting fornappointment they aren’t going to get.
Not even worth one star. I called to drop off my registration form the receptionist's attitude was appalling her manner and behaviour were incredulous nasty and a bully she couldn't care less that I was visibly upset and continued with her rudeness. We are definitely doomed as a country when a doctor's receptionist behaves in this manner.
I have been with this practice for a couple of years now and all the staff from receptionists to the GPs have been great, every time I have needed help I have never had any trouble, a special thanks to Dr Gill and Dr Onishi for helping me and supporting me with various health problems, would never want to move GP practice as the care provided by all staff at Whinpark is second to none and I know whenever I get unwell or need help for any reason they will always try their best to give me the best possible care!
