I have been ordering from MKM Building Supplies Edinburgh for a good few years. They have good prices and give great advice. Their staff are helpful and provide excellent customer service. If they don't have something in stock they will let you know and suggest a good replacement. The friendly drivers always deliver when they say they will, keep you updated as to when your delivery is on the lorry and are happy to place items where you need to store them. Definitely my first port of call for all building supplies.
While their prices may be slightly lower, I’ve found their customer service lacking. There were numerous delays and cancellations in collecting unused items from my home. Regrettably, during the collection, the timber in the front garden they were handling ended up breaking my window. Despite their promise to investigate, I’ve received no updates.
me and my husband came in to inquire about a digger for our garden, after having some good knowledge given to us about what machine to use, they had it at our door step the next again morning! Would highly recommend!
