Went in here for a quick drink and was blanked by the woman behind the bar. One of the regulars walked up to the bar and she went to serve them straight away but despite being told by the regular that I was first she said I could wait plus she had to change the barrel. She served the regular and walked off to change the barrel. I ended walking out . Unacceptable customer service!!!
My husband and I have only recently started visiting this pub. My only question is why have we waited so long? We love it such a friendly pub with an amasing atmosphere I would recommend it to anyone.

Always call in here when I'm in Newark, it's dog friendly, decent prices, nice outside area. Locals pub, but always felt welcome.
