Open everyday from 10 o'clock.

Large outside seating area with scenic views of the River Trent and Newark Castle.

Great bar food served daily from 12 till 7 Monday to Friday, 12 till 3 Saturday and Sunday.

Monday night poker starts @ 7.15
Wednesday night quiz @ 9
Thursday & Sunday night after 7- 2 pizzas for £9.95
4 handpulled ales from local breweries & 3 draught lagers

Friendly staff, unique venue some good ales and tea and cake. Didn't eat any of the pizzas personally but they looked lovely as others had them delivered!
What a great little find. I was looking forward to having a pint in the nice, peaceful, beer garden that is on the land beside the boat, but going in to place my order, I just had to drink inside. A charming little interior with great lightning, great character and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend it
Very nice place. A lot of beers to choose and "allways" open.
We had lunch here yesterday. It is in a fantastic location. The staff were really friendly and have done a brilliant job of using a strict one way system, wearing masks etc The food was delicious but took an awfully long time to come. Would recommend
