Whatley Lane managed the property that my family rented for a year in Bury St Edmunds. Our experience with Whatley Lane, James Sawyer and his associates in the Bury office in particular, has always been first class. This was due to their professionalism, attention to detail, and treating us like trusted, valued people rather than just another client. As a military family, their experience and knowledge working with the local military housing offices is also a big plus. We worked with five different Estate Agents while searching for a place to live, and Whatley Lane was easily the best.

Whatley Lane in Bury St. Edmunds, have been the answer to my property management needs. I'm a perfectionist by nature, and look for good honest advice, clear and efficient communication, and swift action. Whatley Lane are the first company who have not only provided this, but have done so with a warmth and integrety so often absent from others. I highly recommend them.

Whatley Lane were a big help when we were looking for a property in Bury St Edmunds. They really have their ear-to-the-ground and so were able to offer a great selection of well located properties. James kept us updated throughout our search to ensure we got early viewings which is essential in such a competitive and fast moving market. Definitely recommended.

When I wanted to sell a freehold commercial property in Newmarket in 2017, I approached James at the Bury st Edmunds office and received clear guidance. James passed my enquiry to his colleague Max at Newmarket and the property was sold within 7 days - at a full price. Inherited difficulties with a Land Registry issue arose and were all handled directly by the Senior staff at Whatley Lane Very happy to recommend for any commercial transaction
