We told them we were looking for a long term let, they kicked us out after 2 years of good tenancy claiming the landlord wanted to sell the property, only to repaint it and put it back on the rental market for more money!!! 
Look out for clauses in the contract, they will expect you to pay ‘professional’ cleaners before you get your deposit back, and give you the details of certain companies. One of which is run by mr Tom Hood, the only person to give a 5 star review here........
Avoid them and go with a better established letting agent.
