William H Brown are very professional and very supportive when it comes to what can be a very stressful transaction.  Our property sale turned out to be extremely difficult and the agent responsible, Luke Carter, remained positive and helpful throughout and was constantly pro-active, chasing all parties concerned.  He kept us informed at all times and if he was unable to phone us Jason or Jaimie did so on his behalf. William H Brown have a great team at Bury St. Edmunds.

We've had a great experience with Niamh, Ethan and the exceptionally friendly staff at the Bury St. Edmunds office from day one, which is consequently the same day we submitted our application. They've been very kind and professional throughout the process, from liaising with the landlord to providing regular progress updates. Would absolutely recommend this agency to anyone looking for top-notch personal and professional service.

Excellent and professional staff at William H Brown, Bury St Edmunds office.  All very efficient Jason, Jamie and Luke. They all kept in regular contact providing updates on progress and feedback from viewings on the sale of our property.  The mortgage advisor within the branch Kabeer Kher very professional and knowledgable. Highly recommend this branch! Jeremy and Vicky

Very helpful and professional staff, especially their mortgage advisor Kabeer Kher. He's very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He would promptly return the calls and emails (even outside working hours) and provide generous time to explore all the possible options to help making the best choice. His services exceeded all my expectations, very pleased and highly recommended.
