I am pleased to say that the sale of my late Mum's property was completed last week. The whole process was made much easier by using Marshall Buck as the estate agent. From the valuation to the completed sale it has been a pleasure to deal with Toby, Karen, Amanda and all of the office staff. Their professional advice was appreciated throughout and, as requested, they undertook all of the buyer viewings. I was kept informed at all stages and felt completely confident in the way that the whole sale was handled. Based on my experience I would certainly recommend them.
What an outstanding team of professional agents and an extra special shoutout to Karen. Couldn’t recommend Marshall Buck’s more. They made the whole experience of selling our property a seamless one. Every challenge encountered along the way, was met with such a flawless and efficient approach. The team are dynamic, patient and resilient when managing the all twists and turns of property sales. We bought our house through Marshall Buck & Casson and couldn't have been happier with the service we received. From viewings with Emma and Toby through to the sales progression, with assistance from Karen and Amanda, we felt fully involved, and they were regularly in contact by phone and email to ensure our seller was kept updated with our sale at every stage as well. Buying and selling a house as part of a chain is a stressful and often frustrating process, so it's essential that an estate agent isn't just there to secure a buyer, but to keep the lines of communication open with all the other estate agents and conveyancers involved as the weeks go on. Marshall Buck & Casson did an exemplary job - it helps that they're a very likeable team, as well! We're not intending to move again any time soon, but if we were, Marshall Buck & Casson would be at the top of the list of estate agents we'd consider.
I really can’t recommend the Marshall Buck team highly enough! They have been professional, communicative and friendly - from start to finish. Karen is fantastic in her role l, but everyone really did their bit to make my house sale as easy as it could be.
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. House was sold within a couple of days of being on the market, the staff were very friendly and supportive and they have a brilliant sales chasing team who pushed the sale through quickly. Thank you Toby, Amanda and Karen. Absolutely faultless customer service.
Relocating to an unfamiliar area was always going to be stressful but with Karen's extremely helpful and efficient manner in dealing with our purchase, it was made so much easier. We were kept informed at every step. I would definitely recommend using Marshall Buck Estate Agents.
We were buyers of a property this year 2022 and found Marshall Buck and Casson so helpful! Even more so than our solicitor!! In fact we had more communication and updates on the sale from the estate agents! We were constantly chasing our solicitor, which made it so amazing that Marshall Buck and Casson went the extra mile to help and resolve any issue that came up. Karren and Toby were both so lovely, informative, and helpful. Would definatly recommend if you are looking for an estate agent to sell or buy a property.
