Absolute worst letting agency, did a house inspection everything was fine. Then recieved a letter from them saying I failed to do all these thing like it’s dirty and this and that. I LIVE in a house and it looks LIVED IN. And in no way dirty. Absolutely terrible company.

God awful service. Condescending and disgraceful mortgage advice and the marketing materials sent through have been irrelevant for the area that we requested. They have agents who promise property details and then never follow through and send. AVOID THIS COMPANY APPALLING SERVICE.

Annabella by far has been the most helpful letting agent in Bury St Edmunds. Her knowledge of the local market is second to none and her customer service skills are excellent. I will definitely go to Annabella again for advice. Thanks
