The superb team at Bedfords Estate Agents managed our sale with tact, reasurrance and the feeling that we really mattered. James, Emmerson and EVERYONE at the Bury St Edmunds Office helped us through the complications of an unusual sale with great skill. A really fine experience.
Poor service from a purchase perspective from Bury St Edmunds office. From initial contact to make 3 appointments for viewings it took several days before I received any contact as to how they were progressing. I thought I'd been forgotten about! Following a viewing I've received a half hearted e-mail to which I've not responded and I have never received a follow up phone call. I am still waiting on a viewing appointment 3 weeks after requesting it. I was told that another property had sold 3 weeks ago and it is still showing as for sale! Seen further properties with this agent that I want to view but with the service I have received so far I cannot be bothered to contact them.
Totally effective and professional service from start to finish. Responsive staff, thorough email correspondence, effortless transaction.
Very pleased with the service provided by Bedfords. Our property was advertised discreetly without appearing on the Internet or in local papers at a price higher than we had expected and within a week we had accepted an offer at the full asking price. Between accepting the offer and completion of the sale we were kept fully appraised of progress and despite being in a long chain the whole process went remarkably smoothly.
Outstanding service !! Faultless and a pleasure to work with - cannot recommend enough.
