I purchased my Samsung Frame from Weybridge Audio today. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. The showroom is modern and sleek with all the latest tech. The service that I received from Matthew was first class, a great demo of the product and a natural conversation to go with. This was my first purchase from Weybridge Audio but I will certainly be back. This tops purchasing from the big corporates any day of the week.

Really helpful, lots of good ideas and what appeared to be honest advice - plus I wasn't even buying anything that day! Have been back since to purchase speaker cable only (the rest at a later date) and again, helpful, more useful advice plus gave some discount on the cable. Price already seems fair when compared to, for eg, richer sounds.

Excellent service - part of a recent order was damaged slightly during delivery (no fault of Weybridge Audio, manufacturer packaging). They were very helpful on the phone, and dispatched a very well wrapped replacement part immediately.

Top guys who only want you to have the best you can get for your money. Great advice glad I went into this shop. Good prices too. This is now my goto place go all audio equipment.
