This must be the worst Boots branch in the whole of the UK. Going there for even the smallest thing is a frustrating experience. Makeup shelves are always a mess, nothing is ever placed or priced correctly, staff are almost nonexistent  except for only one lady at the till who seems to take forever regardless of the length of the queue.... It’s been like this for years and they really don’t seem to care much. I have never seen a manager in there! Walton branch is so much more organised, but further away. Shame.

Really nice friendly staff but there is always a queue. Never enough staff on but the ones working there are friendly approachable and genuine.
The manager is very nice and friendly very helpful.

Awful service, they lost my disposable camera. I had to go to the shop three times before seeing the manager. That camera had a lot of precious memories on it and now it's lost forever. Don't get your camera's developed there! 0/5

Lovely staff, and have a great range of items for a small boots. everything is laid out well. However, you can go one day and come back the next day to buy an item you want that was in full stock before but is completely gone and often doesn't come back.
