So painful, even when empty, lots of staff going about there business whilst a few customers que for 15 mins waiting to be served! Today I spent 25 mins in an empty shop waiting to collect a simple set of reserved head phones, that’s crazy!!!!

Reserved some items online. Was told by both text message and email that my items would be in store from 4pm today and I only had 1 day to collect them, so I made sure I left work early to go pick up my items only to be told they’re not in and won’t be in until tomorrow. Absolute waste of my time.

Visited today. Service is very slow, staff seems to be overburdened. They do not give you a trolley and there are no trollies outside, you have to take heavy stuff to your car on your shoulders.

Stock at this branch is not always accurate BUT on my most recent visit the manager dealt with issues very well - I was impressed by his ability to find a work around.
