I like this one and don't go telling me they are all the same as they're not. This one is never too busy to enquire within. They have a huge range in-store of all their best bits you would want to physically play with before purchasing, and the staff are brilliant too. Full of knowledge and quick to see through a sale whilst off his own back ensured we were getting the best deals and got us some freebies we otherwise wouldn't have received. If you do go here, ask for Josh. He's super helpful.
They do not bother about their customers. A bunch of unprofessional sales people are there. Some people were busy with mobile games and others were instructing us to Find specifications by ourselves although we asked for help. As a result we just came out from the shop. Most probably they do not need all the customers they visit to their shop.
Unfortunately we did not purchase here. We had already chosen a TV and went into store to see it in person and buy. After finding the TV which took a while and did not have price or label attached we asked a team member for some help and were told one of his colleagues would be with us shortly. We waited for around 20 minutes and didn't receive any help so left to spend our money elsewhere
Went in with an issue about my SIM card, and Javed was so helpful! He swapped my SIM card for free to help diagnose the issue, and helped me upgrade my phone when it turned out my old phone was broken. Gave me lots of options for which choice to make, and never forced any upselling that I didn't require. Thank you Javed!
Buying a washing machine there was the most painful purchase experience. It would have been quicker to check out the machine in the store then buy it online. I was losing the will to live by the end. When they delivered and installed it, the ‘engineer’ had no tools!
