Good shopping centre. Plenty of parking including disabled spaces. Blue badge holders are entitled to a free hour extra but parking must be paid for. We particularly enjoyed visiting the indoor market on the top floor and made a few purchases from the friendly staff and enjoyed a snack and hot drink in the cafe. Good washrooms.
I've found Kendal to be a lovely town with a charming town centre, but this shopping mall in the middle of it is an embarrassment. Barely any shops of note in the open units, closed off escalators. The vaccination set up on the top floor adds to the feel of a dystopian movie set.
Terrible place, not actually accessible for disabled people. No lifts so had to use stairs, awful experience for someone who's blind and has Charcott, who has bad mobility. Absolutely terrible.
Got lots of shops indoors & is in perfect position for shopping on the high street
Seen better days, only a handful of shops ,most of the centre was boarded off
