All staff excellent. Reception team helpful and responsive. Thanks to them and to Dr Thakur for looking after me the last year. Seen Dr Thakur a number of times and he was excellent. Investigated my symptoms and I didn't feel rushed in the consultation and felt heard. Hope my next GP is this good!
I find both the Dr's and reception staff to be excellent. In all my dealings with them I have found that my telephone appointments have been thorough and felt unrushed. Much better than my previous 2 GP services in other locations.
Some of the doctors are very rude and very unhelpful. No support for a basic injury or what to do next.
Travelling with work and became ill due to running out of regular medication. The lady on reception was fantastic and got me set up as a temp patient and got me a call back the same day. The doctor who called me was brilliant also, very thorough and gave me some great advice. You have an outstanding surgery here.
Quite possibiy the best Doctors I've ever had in my whole life. Having had nothing but phone appointments and fighting with previous surgery to get an appointment to physically see someone, this surgery sees me when ever I Need to, always try and find an appointment for me. I feel like they are actually concerned with my health and every single member of staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you for such a truely wonderful service. This is a what a Doctors should be, other surgeries should take note.
