The dentist, trainee dentist and nurses who assisted with my surgery were so kind and lovely. They were amazing at keeping me calm and they were very professional and supportive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience especially as I felt very anxious about the surgery. They are amazing at what they do. Thank you!
I went here to get a severe toothache looked at by the dental a&e team. A lovely 3rd year canadian student called Tianze was working on my dental problem and he could not have been more gentle and supportive of me as a patient with a bit of dental anxiety. His supervisor, Sarah was also really nice and explained fully what was going to happen beforehand. I had a small anxiety attack in the chair during a procedure and I was given plenty of time to sit and relax and drink water before the staff and students continued working on my tooth. Tianze was chatty with me and completely put my mind at ease. What a great team at the dental hospital, so grateful for my experience today : Aya, the 5th year student did the final bit of work on my tooth and was also brilliant with me. Well done
These people are amazing beyond words. The phone staff were incredibly friendly and the 2 individuals who removed my molar were beyond professional. If all dentists were as kind and friendly as the people here then nobody would have a fear of the dentist. It really surprises me that they have no means of receiving donations for the amazing work they do.
I have had a fear of dentists most of my life. I was seen by Dr heffernan, she put me as ease straight away. Due to health issues I had to have all my teeth out, she was the one that did this over a period of time. I have new faith in dentists especially dr heffernan. All I can say is she is brilliant so friendly and definitely knows her stuff. Thank you for all you have did for me
I attended dental hospital on Friday 1st April and am so terrified of dentist but had to have a second wisdom tooth out, I was absolutely terrified but I cant stress enough how wonderful and marvellous these student girls were with me and the actual dentist who took my tooth out, everyone was so lovely and I thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart, dental hospital have staff that are a huge credit to them, absolutely wonderful, I actually like to go there

I had toothache all last night and was in agony. Called my own dentist and was advised to call dental hospital. I was completely impressed of the protocols they have in place to keep the patients and the staff safe. They check your temperature before you enter the building. Your then asked to wait outside until the dentist is ready for you. Your then escorted upstairs to the treatment rooms. You are asked to use the hand sanitizer. Well done to all, I appreciated the care from David an excellent dentist and thank you to all the staff there. Keep safe in these tough times.
The staff were very friendly and got to the root cause of the issue.
Amazing place, I have been here today and was seen by a lovely student nurse in her last year can’t quite rember her name but she’s 23 and from london and the male dentist I think his name was Gordon they were amazing for my check over and quickly helped me discover the issue, I was quickly sent away for an x ray and then a little wait to have my surgery done by two amazing so lovely and caring dentists who understood me and made me feel so comfortable and had so much patience, amazing place to go for medical emergencies and can’t thank the staff enough for everything they help me with 10/10 5 stars just isn’t enough!
