Dreadful! Having agreed a sale and having a deposit for the car taken from my bank account, it was arranged for me to drive over 60 miles to the showroom, to finalise the paperwork for the sale. On arrival at the showroom I was met by the salesperson and shown to his desk. After chatting for threequarters of an hour, about everything from the weather, to his past life in Spain, he proceeded to tell me that the car I had put the deposit on had already been sold, to another customer. He had another car of similar specification but not the colour I wanted, I had already told him before agreeing to give a deposit that the colour was important and no other colour would be acceptable. He obviously got me there, to attempt the sale of a car that he had been told I didn't want.

I AWAIT THE RETURN OF MY DEPOSIT. Still angry almost 8 hours after the event!!
