Just collected my car yesterday so can’t speak to the after-sales service yet but so far, I’ve been delighted with the service from Parks in Dunfermline. I initially spoke with John Kelly to order a car in September - I got an immediate good impression, John wasn’t remotely pushy and came across as genuine, immediately being honest that I would probably have to wait until March for the car to arrive. John told me he would keep me updated with progress, which he did and in December, Gary called to say my car had arrived early. Gary was also great to deal with and he and the receptionist both answered all my questions, calling me back when they said they would. When I was in the garage, Gary was friendly and efficient - the Manager also came over and introduced himself and again came across as very laid back and genuine. I hope this level of service continues and at the moment I’d have no hesitation in recommending this garage and the staff there.
Purchased a new Clio from Parks Renault Dunfermline. From the initial enquiry to the handover of the car, everything was perfect. Paul Stephens kept me up to date throughout, I didn’t need to contact them at any stage of the process as his communication was so good. The follow up call 2 days after we got the car was a nice touch also. Would highly recommend.
Amazing car garage!! They went above and beyond to ensure my car was perfect for me! Paul was great, really helpful and genuinely cared about me being happy with my new car! Scott was also fantastic and ensured I drove away a satisfied customer! After trying many car garages, this was by far the best!!
My PCP was coming to an end and I was looking for a new car. I already had an offer on my vehicle but Parks actually offered me more! I used the website to get a real feel for the spec and trim of car I was after and then spoke to the garage to discuss my budget and what I was after. I was kept informed regularly until the day I collected. On arrival at the garage I was greeted by the salesman I had been dealing with and all Covid safety was in place. As a single parent I had to bring my young child and she was welcomed and spoken to by staff at the garage. Signing for the car was quick and painless, I was also walked through all the controls of the car before departing. As a single female it can sometimes feel daunting but I never felt apprehensive from start to finish when dealing with Parks. Will absolutely be back for my next car!
I was looking to change my Clio and after totally awful service from another garage I contacted Park's. I was put in touch with John Kelly at Renault Dunfermline and the service I received was absolutely first class from start to finish. John went above and beyond for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending both him and Park's. I will most certainly be a repeat customer when I next change vehicle.
I have been dealing with the Renault garage in Dunfermline since 2004, the staff are always helpful & friendly. Darren Abbott took very good care of me on choosing my new car, I picked up my lovely Clio RS line yesterday. The service is 5 Thank you again Darren for your great customer service
Picked up my new car yesterday and service was amazing. Had a few issues with my last car being sent to another parks branch after breaking down. Dunfermline staff went above and beyond to help get my car repaired but when it was still playing up they couldn’t have done more to get my finance changed and get me into a new car. Been dealing with scott for my cars for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also can’t fault chloe at service department she’s been brilliant with any issues I’ve had with previous cars.

Representation & professionalism of these three individuals was a credit to Parks. It made the process of purchasing a new vehicle an enjoyable, pleasant & carefree experience. I’ve bought both my cars from parks Renault at Halbeath and the service is second to none! Both John and Scott were fantastic and kept me updated at every opportunity possible quick reliable and just an all round great team! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade there vehicles!
Bought my new Renault Clio from here and could not be happier. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly on arrival and gave us a lot of information to help us decide on our chosen car. When we collected the car, we were shown all the buttons and gadgets and basic operation of the car some basics like fog lights etc as well as things like programming the preset buttons for the radio! The measures in place for COVID19 - masks and hand gel at the door, screens at all desks made me feel safer when in the showroom as well. Would 100% recommend!!
