Small branch with good service. During my visit they had a good selection of new and used cars. Although well located, parking could be an issue. Walking distance from the Queen Margaret rail station. Two salesperson and the branch manager dealt with my selling and buying process. All done swiftly, professionally, and well explained. Still waiting for the last details to be cleared, but hopefully will be sorted new V5 and final payment in the next few days.
Car in for major repair seems ok and reception staff friendly, but twice I had to point out my car was not returned cleaned or hovered, the car was taken to wash and still not fully cleaned. £1000+ spent and can't wash properly reduces confidence. They took my car away at my cost, threw a bucket of water let it dry for 6 hours before returning, no followup or check.
Got a 15 plate capture with 24.061 miles on clock sold them 66 plate juke.never got what I wanted for juke now selling it for 3 grand more than thay gave .Will never be back to them give you less then sell for more money. Never again .don't go there
Purchased a car for over 25k on August 16th. There was numerous faults in particular a fault with the horn - it didn't work. This is an MOT test failure and yet this branch didn't pick up on it in its pre-sale service. Allowing me to drive home to Aberdeen in a car that wouldn't pass an MOT. It has since been into Peterhead Services on August 19th and no resolution to any faults. Again it was booked into Aberdeen Services September 14th, fixing the windscreen washers fault but still unable to repair the horn. I have since dropped it off AGAIN at Aberdeen Services on September 22nd and been told the horn has been repaired after being sent to BMW to repair, but yet a new seatbelt had arrived and it was still in a queue to be installed and It may not be until the weekend of the 10th of October before I can collect the car with all problems resolved. In conclusion 8 weeks since purchasing the car, 4 of which its been in Arnold Clark services, the other 4 weeks I have been left to drive a car not road worthy with an MOT failure fault. Unfortunately this review does not allow me to give 0 stars so reluctantly I am having to select 1 star.
Terrible experience would never go back after years of services from them Fitted a faulty oil gasket our driveway covered in oil A light was on on dash said take it to your nearest again Arnold Clark Dunfermline we did it was the alternator asked if it was safe to drive they said yes the car stopped working on way home lucky we were on a side road if on motorway could have been fatal had to have car towed away took it to fife auto as A Clark could not take it Fife Auto were amazing would highly recommend!!!
Took son's car for service and it came back washed and clean - nice touch. Would prefer extra opportunity for pick up and return from home address.

Great service from Kyle in Sales, and from the garage. I haven't had a great experience with Arnold Clark Kirkcaldy , which was years ago, and this is the first time going back, but to a different branch, and would 100% recommend them. I got the car and package that suited my needs, and nothing was too much trouble, thanks again Kyle.
Bought a car last year, complaint about rear wheels going flat all the time and rear light cluster not working been in 3 or 6 times to fix, still same problem. They tried to bill me 117 pounds as they said it was the sensors that had gone at the mot, after explaining this is on going since I bought the car they agreed to fix under the guarantee. They then passed the car mot and advised it would need to come back in when they have the part, after a few weeks I got a call to bring the car back in to fix, when I got it back all they had done is changed the left and right wheel over, so instead of my right back leaking, it's now the back left wheel. I been calling in for 2 to 3 weeks and been promised a callbacks and still waiting to get this issues fixed. I also complained about the wheel alignment at the same time this was not fixed and all I got was excuses, eventually I had to take it to kwickfit. But I can say they are good at selling cars. This is just my experience I have had. May be the next 12 month my car may be fixed or they will say the warranty is finished and can't help, who knows.
