Was told my car was a good car to do me a few years before I bought it and even after warranty the owner Jeff “wouldn’t leave me out on a limb” if things went wrong. As soon as I bought it things began to go wrong, I was back to the garage within 1 month with leaking oil, needing a new radiator. After getting this done, I received more problems with the car but was out with my warranty. I then on discovered that a problem which I thought was something else was in fact because the radiator wasn’t fixed probably. When I went back to the garage to speak to Jeff about this matter, I received shocking after care, rude service and was made out to be a liar. I would not recommend this garage for the car itself and the service what he gives.

They could not do move than i ask for help in every way from picking the right car to having every thing done ready for collecting

Bought a great wee runaround from Carnegie Cars at a fair price. No hassle or hard sell. Nice to deal with a small independent garage who just does what it says on the tin.

Very poor customer service. Bought car 6 weeks ago. Still waiting on a part for my bumper that i was promised would be sent out to me. Phoned garage about 5 times chasing itup , garage was full of apologies. But still hasn't sent the part out to me. Also still waiting on my V5 document which I suspect that the garage never dealt with and submitted the paperwork to the DVLA in a timely
