Good range and keen prices. Rarely the absolute cheapest like-for-like but a safe option for a one-stop shop, and not often significantly more expensive than best price available. Trade counter helpful but not all items immediately available at weekend- some stock In a remote warehouse. Overall, reliable and reasonably cheap. Occasional quality issues with budget ranges but returns process smooth enough.

Great product range with keen prices. Excellent service with prompt and immediate ressponse to resolve small product defect. I am not easily impressed but recommend CPC to all.

Use CPC all the time and never really had an issue until a package i received was basically destroyed. They had put a small (but heavy) package inside a larger box for transit with little to no packaging around it to stop it getting thrown around. Luckily the product was not damaged, so I sent an email to let them know what had happened and have heard absolutely nothing back at all from them. -1 star for not training the packer properly -1 star for poor customer service

I had an account with CPC since around 2004 and I used to regularly order quite a bit from them, until one day we never received an order. I was told part of it had been returned to them and that I had kept the other part. Despite telling them repeatedly that we hadn't had anything delivered at all I was treated like I was lying and they absolutely refused to refund the missing parcel or to chase it up with the delivery company. Shocking customer service.
