I had one the best first car experiences that I could ask for. My salesman was Alex Goodwin and he was extremely communicative throughout the process and extremely helpful in finding the best deals and the best car to suit me. He was very polite and charismatic throughout and that is the general atmosphere within the dealership. Another great service today when collecting my new car. Jason, as always, was very welcoming and professional. It has always been a pleasure doing business with him. The tech guy Anthony was spot on, too. His knowledge of the functions of the cars is A* and also very professional. Would definitely recommend these guys from Kia Braintree.
Must avoid. Everything was fine when buying the car obviously. But once it came down to getting help with problems, I got constant lies and time wasting. They never told me the parcel shelf and key are broken which is about 500 to fix both. Once I took the car to them, the mechanic lied about taking out my very important black box to do diagnostics. I said I'm going to the ombudsman for legal help, they reply saying they'll take back the key if I do which can be seen below. Overall they'll treat you well when buying but if you need help you're basically on your own. Save yourself from these people and avoid. The lying sales team won't care, the after sales always apparently go on leave or maybe avoiding helping, several time within 3 months. they're 100% in the wrong and I've gone to ombudsman now as I got a new key. They'll try replying saying they don't have me on records when it's a lie as always like they tried doing recently. Save yourself money, time, stress AVOID.
We are delighted with the service provided by Westdrive Kia Braintree. Sales executive Owen Heffernan took the trouble to understand our needs and found an ideal vehicle for us, acting with courtesy, efficiency and good product knowledge.

Having made the decision to change my car I decided to look at other manufacturers to see what offers or types of models were suited to my needs. Recommendations from friends and relatives persuaded me to look at the range of Kia models. Based on this I arranged a visit to Westdrive Kia to meet with Jason from the sales team. Jason was really helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. Based on my experience I would certainly recommend Westdrive Kia to friends and family.
