Sean Moore dealt with me from start to finish on my new Seat Ibiza purchase at Marshall's Braintree. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He sorted me out an excellent deal within my budget for the new car that I wanted including my part ex, and I couldn't be happier with my new purchase. I highly recommend Sean, you will not be disappointed in the service.
Sean Moore is a very competent, friendly salesman and an asset to Marshalls Seat Dealership in Braintree. He really helped me choose the correct spec of Seat Ibiza. He was very patient and very helpful. All parts of the transaction were explained in simple accurate detail and the whole experience was stress free. I will look forward to doing business with Sean and the dealership in the future.
Sean Moore was absolutely amazing. I went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but Sean actually managed to find me a BETTER car for the price I wanted to pay. The whole process was made so simple and easy. Being in sales myself and ex car sales, I expected the worse. But I couldn't praise Sean more. He also surprised me with a 4 month earlier than expected delivery! Thank you for making the whole car buying experience so pleasurable. I had a very good experience buying my car from here. Sean was very friendly, professional and best of all listened to me about my needs and wants from a car. This helped me make the right choice and at a good price. I wanted to also say thank you to the reception team as one of the days I came to look at a car I had my 1 year old son with me. A smooth and enjoyable experience purchasing our new car. It was a busy day when we walked in without an appointment to inquire about a vehicle we had seen on line. Despite having a lot to contend with apart from us at the time Sean was very attentive and helpful throughout our visit. We secured what we are happy was a very good deal, including a very satisfactory part exchange, for a nearly new Ibiza. The car is brilliant, a significant step up on what we had before. Great Dealership with very helpful staff! Dealt with Alfie throughout our purchase journey. Extremely helpful, very quick & efficient when arranging test drives and always continually updated us in the transfer of our car from the Oxford Branch. This is my 3rd car from Marshall in Braintree, I have always found them to be excellent. This time I dealt with Sean who made the whole process simple. He didn't put us under any pressure to buy and was very clear and honest about what I was buying, listening carefully to our needs.
