This is about the sixth car we have bought from Braintree. The service that is supplied to both my wife and myself is superior to what we have experienced in the past. We have a Kia dealer nearer but feel it is worth the trip to deal with Braintree. We have never had a problem to date with any vehicle that we have had from this dealership. I deal with Colin, whom is a professional. He matches the perfect car to me every time and to a budget that I can afford. Follows up on purchases and any problems that arise he is only a phone call away, not that I have needed to. I also take advantage of the service plan. They contact me when they believe the car is due for a service. It's dropped off and a complete service completed. The car is even valeted on collection. We both change cars every two years and boxing cleaver we alway get an extended warranty. When buying a new car can be stressful, just take a trip to Braintree Kia, brilliant service.
I recently purchased my amazing new car from Westdrive Kia Braintree and I literally couldn't be happier. From my initial contact right through to collection I was helped by Luke Wilkes who literally bent over backwards for me and was at my beck and call from start to finish. Luke helped me to apply for finance and made sure everything was in order for me. He explained the whole process clearly and answered each and every single one of my calls whilst we waited for the decision literally 2 days.. When I arrived to collect my car I was greeted by Luke who was so friendly and I felt really welcome at the show room. He took me through the whole process of part exchanging my old car as deposit and explained everything to me regarding my new car, even helped me to tax it before I left and made sure I had everything I needed. The new car was immaculately spotless and gleaming, Luke showed me how all the controls worked and even set up the Bluetooth so I had tunes for the long drive home. I would totally recommend Westdrive Kia Braintree if you are thinking of purchasing a new car. Thank you so so much to Luke and the team and thank you for my courtesy call since. I bought a used car from Westdrive and was very pleased with the whole experience. The salesman, Kyle, was very helpful and explained all the additional options in great detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly use this dealer again.
Lovely car, great service and really went the extra mile. I’d like to specifically highlight Stuart Swanson who was extremely helpful, quick to respond and gave great customer service. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase and my experience with Kia Westdrive. I would highly recommend.
Very disappointed this afternoon after an hours journey to see 2 different second hand cars in different locations in the area. Arriving for our meet around 12.15pm the car was pulled out and although our first impressions were good we soon noticed at least 3 chips in the windscreen which we were concerned about along with a couple of other minor issues. That said, my initial impression of the car was pretty good. Then when we asked about a test drive we were told firstly that another appointment was booked in to view the car at 4pm so they weren't keen for us to take the car out unless we almost guaranteed we were dead serious on the idea of the purchase as they didn't want unnecessary miles being put onto the car??? Obviously I'm not buying any car without a test drive so I said I was very keen I really was Having taken it out for a 10 minute test drive my wife and I discussed the car alone and thought we best see the other car which was about 15 miles away whilst we were in the area. Upon informing the salesman of this he quickly relayed the news to his manager who appeared very upset at our decision claiming we were very interested before the test drive and what were my real reasons for not wanting it now? I explained I wanted to look around a little more before making such a large financial decision. Upon leaving the premises I was appalled with how I'd been treated. I explained that if the next viewer wished to see the car their visit had now moved to 2.30pm! that I'd have to cut my losses. I was also told that they were the official kia dealers in the area and that another car I planned to see would have probably been sub-standard to theirs as it was 2 years older despite having 30,000 miles less on the clock The ironic thing looking back is that the second car was altogether nicer and I would happily now deter anybody from enduring the rudeness I had to face this afternoon.
I recently received a Kia picanto from westdrive motability I dealt with a salesman called Stewart mobbs I am really pleased with my new vehicle and found Stewart more than helpful he kept me updated explained things in simple terms I was treated like a friend rather than a customer I highly recommend him to anyone exceptional service and treatment thanks again terry pawley
We booked a test drive for the EV6 with Paul. He explained we couldn't book in over the weekend but we agreed an evening appointment to fit around work commitments. When we arrived for our appointment, Paul wasn't in and the test drive hadn't been booked. His colleague not sure on name, we believe he was the sales manager explained we couldn't go out in the evening because the test drive route was too busy. It was a waste of a 2 hour round trip but they got us booked in for the following Saturday. We mentioned we'd have our dog with us and they said that was fine and we could either leave her with them or take her with us on the test drive. Morning of the test drive, we got a call from Anthony wanting to move our appointment back half an hour. Then when we arrived, he and another colleague I think a different sales manager said we couldn't take the dog in the car with us. We appreciated the reasons for this, but had already been told it would be fine and we didn't want to leave her at Kia. In the end, we decided to leave without test driving. The sales team were very polite but the mixed communication put us off the car completely. The EV6 was a serious contender for our next EV and looks a fantastic car but with our experience alongside the long waiting times and other customers complaining in forums about poor communication regarding delivery timelines, we didn't confident in Westdrive.
My experience with Westdrive Kia was fantastic. Luke made purchasing the car I needed easy and did everything possible to ensure a smooth handover. I will definitely be dealing with them again in future.
Great service from start to finish Danny Raven was professional on the phone and very knowledgeable when we collected our car. All the staff we met were extremely helpful and welcoming especially to our dog Cody Couldn’t fault the service we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Westdrive and Danny
