My first experience of Silverex and my last, bike booked in for full service, MOT and to get it back on the road, very helpful on the initial communication, we agreed a collection on 27/7 with the bike being left out and the keys with it, spoke earlier that day to be assured it was being collected. rang at 5.30pm to ask what was happening only to be told they rang me earlier no missed calls etc as they needed someone to be there to help load the bike, this is the first time this has been mentioned.. by chance I was off work so this wouldn't have been a problem, told me they could re-book for the 4th Aug, not acceptable, poor communication on their part. Have now booked with a more reputable dealer
Used to be good years ago, a few people warned me it had gone down the toilet I wish I'd listened. The ordeal of getting a tyre changed and the arrogant old git who either owns it or works there is horrid and he will sink this business before long. I will not be returning after years of using them and will be warning everyone else to do the same.
The guys here have been spot on yet again and im a fussy git. Ive used them 3 times now for various bits. Fork seals, brakes, mot, valve clearance on my SV 650s. Rang them yesterday after realising my mot had lapsed and they got me booked in for today. Mot required a couple of bits done which they had sorted by the time i picked my bike up and surprisingly a lot cheaper than i thought it was going to be. Couldn't have been more helpful. Cheers all

Well iv been going 2 silver ex for 18 years now, & in that time they r all ways so help full 2 me & all ways do a great job on my bike, a very BIG thank 2 paul & steve .
