Excellent service as always, such a shame they are being closed down...
I have to say these guys are fantastic. I have an old Mercedes 99 plate. I spoke to 3 different mechanics and all 3 said it was terminal. So I decided to take it to Waterhouse for a fault diagnostic. Turns out its not terminal and she has plenty of life in her yet. I was so close to having her scrapped. Currently waiting on parts also ordered through these guys. So she will be up and running in no time. Thanx to everyone at Waterhouse. Fantastic service.
Used these guys for a number of years now and very pleased with what they do. Great value compared to the main dealers and always do a fantastic job - clearly explain any issues and are always accommodating with loan cars and regular updates etc. I wouldn't take my Merc anywhere else.

Our whole family in Braintree and London has been going to Waterhouse for 20 years now and we have nothing but BIG PRAISES !! for them. They are honest,helpful,courteous and will always go that extra mile to make sure the cars are safe/legal and will never make you overspend to what you don't need. You might pay that bit extra on MOT but not only they go through the car's MOT checks, at the same time they also inspect more to give you that valuable advise and precise work recommendation if needed so you don't get ripped off elsewhere. It's not easy to find such a consienscious and trustworthy garage like Waterhouse these days. Shaun / Carl /Team ,Thank you very much for your outstanding continuous support and customer care. Collection and delivery with a smile..Waterhouse have looked after 3 of My Mercedes over the past 15 years.Their workshop rates and honesty in maintaining rather than replacing puts them apart from other main dealers I used previously, where cosy lounges and free coffee came at a price. The staff at Waterhouse are friendly honest and thorough.You can trust your Mercedes to their care in the certain knowledge you won’t be ripped off..Recommended

I am leaving this 5 star review for these 5 star performers. I have only lived in Braintree for a short time but have been amazed by these Mercedes Specialists who have a senior level of experience. Having been badly treated by the Mercedes Main Dealership I got my car recovered to these guys. Within a day I was back on the Road with a fully functional car. I ended up saving a fortune. Highly Recommend.
Experts in their own right. Saved me a huge amount of money and diagnosed my car perfectly. E55 AMG Not only did they save me a huge bill they also finished my car a day early! Cannot recommend Carl and team enough.
