Was looked after by Cannon Motorrad's Phil Webster. The purchase with him was very very easy, he gave me the option of two Motorcycles he had in stock and the deal was struck within a few hours with finance put in place within the day. All told, spoke to him Tuesday and Phil had the bike delivered to me in Lancashire, via Steve their BMW delivery driver, from Essex by Friday! Everything was handled professionally and courteously from beginning to end. Their service was absolutely second to none and would wholeheartedly recommend Phil and team at Cannon BMW Motorrad!

I was very well looked after by the fantastic Jimmy and also spoke to friendly Jas a couple of times. This is my first BMW purchase and I travelled over 100 miles to get the great deal they were offering on a nearly new F750GS. Lots of stock, fabulous service, really friendly people and a super cafe too. 'Cheers guys!'

Amazing customer service, happy to do 50 miles trip for service even though I have BMW Park Lane/Battersea 5 miles away. Definitely guys from Sycamore Witham are more professional then Battersea. Highly recommended.

I've just taken my BMW S1000RR in to Cannon for a service. It's the first time I've been here. Fantastic customer service and very reasonably priced. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave me a R1250GS as a courtesy bike which was fun. I'll be back!

I bought a 2018 R1200RS Sport SE from Cannon, part exchanged my 2016 R1200GS TE. Justin was a pleasure to deal with. I got a great price for my part  ex,  and a great deal on the new bike. Finance was quick, simple and straightforward and all done online. Cannon delivered the bike as requested,  and the handover paperwork was sorted at that time. The bike was exactly as described and per the video Justin had sent me. I'm a very happy customer and I can't fault the service. I would gladly recommend Cannon and will be contacting them when I'm next looking to change my bike.

I am a long time Bmw customer and have bought a dozen bikes in the past 20years mostly from Vines, Parl Lane, Hertford and Lind in WGC. First time customer at Cannon, and I have to say Jimmy who helped me from start to finish as well as the whole customer experience locally at the store which compared to London and others is huge btw was top notch. Thank you guys and I hope I can be loyal in the future.
