Had a bit of a nightmare trying to get a battery replacement and after trying a few shops I came here.

Price was very reasonable and they swapped the battery over right away.

First class service in every way. Without any hesitation I would recommend Westbourne Jeweller's every time, Lisa and the rest of the staff, listen and understand a customers need's and then make any recommendations they feel appropriate. I have just had to have a new crown fitted to my Rolex, a service and clean that was long overdue and Lisa took care of it all whilst keeping me updated on a regular basis of its progress. On collecting my watch, I was amazed on how it looked and the job that had been done, it looks better than it has for many years and for a fraction of the cost from Rolex themselves. Once again, thanks to all at Westbourne Jewellers for a fantastic service, you deserve the praise. Simon, Canford Cliffs.

I found the level of service and knowledge here exemplary, was treated like a real person not just a number and had everything explained to me really well, reminded me of the service you used to get in shops years ago not the like the high street shops nowadays . was a pleasure to do business here and having had ring restored to a really high standard in under 2 weeks, I would definitely shop here again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a traditional high quality sevice
